What we updated, and why.

We put artdevivre.com.br through our legal “trollproof” review — the same automated scan the lawsuit-letter companies run to find easy targets — and fixed everything it flagged. This is about protecting your business from the demand-letter mills.

Nothing about how you use this backend changed. Your listings, prices, photos, bookings and the Publish button all work exactly as before. Everything below is on the public website, and it stays fixed automatically every time you Publish.

What this protects you from

• Photo-copyright demand letters. Every stock/Wikipedia photo now shows its credit on the page, plus a full credits page. This is the most common letter in our industry — now covered.
• Accessibility lawsuits. Hospitality sites are a favourite target; there's now a proper Accessibility Statement, with honest notes on which homes have steps or lifts.
• Privacy / cookie claims. The site now asks visitors before switching on Google Analytics — required for your many EU and California visitors.
• Text-message (TCPA) claims. Every form that takes a phone number now carries the required consent wording, and no “agree” box is pre-ticked.
