Write in English. Then use the language pills at the top — Auto-translate drafts the French, Portuguese and Spanish, and you can correct each version by hand.
Photos show on the website in filename order (A→Z) — each photo's name is shown under it, and the ✎ lets you rename it (e.g. 01-pool, 02-living-room… names also become the image's web address, which helps SEO). Use Sort by name to snap the whole set into filename order in one click. Drag to fine-tune, and Set cover on the one photo you want buyers to see first (that becomes the card image). A short caption becomes the image's alt text for SEO. Tick photos to select, or Select all, then Delete selected.

This backend manages for-sale and long-term lease (6 months+, ticked below) only — one property, entered once, shows in both places. Nightly short stays run entirely in Guesty; they are never entered, priced, or managed here.
Bedrooms and suites are tracked separately — the old site combined them.
Pick the currency this property is priced in — reais by default. The site shows the exact figure you enter, with the other two currencies as indicative conversions. Condomínio and IPTU are always in reais.
Tick this to list the property on the public Long-term rentals page. It works alongside For sale — one property, entered once, shows in both places. This is the contract-lease track (6 months+), separate from nightly Guesty stays.
Monthly rent is set under Pricing (“Long-term rent — USD per month”). The minimum term is set under Features & terms (“Minimum term”, in months — e.g. “6 months”).
The full address is private — it only drops the map pin and is never shown on the website (the public just sees the neighborhood). Type the address and the map below confirms the exact spot on Google Maps.
Edit website
The live website opens in edit mode — click any text to rewrite it, in any language. Edit the desktop and the phone layouts separately: some wording only appears on one of them.
Publish
This sends every Live and Off-market listing — with its photos, prices and descriptions — to the Art de Vivre website. Sold and hidden listings stay off the public site.
Image optimizer
The smaller files are saved here in the backend. The live website keeps showing the old ones until you publish — press Publish now to update it.
People who can sign in to this backend. You're the admin account — add teammates and choose exactly what each one can do.
Every contact and enquiry in one pipeline — website leads, imports and the people you add. Assign an owner, move each along, and log every call, note and email.
Each stay gets a private code. Send it on WhatsApp — the guest opens their door code, wifi and arrival guide in the Art de Vivre app, and can turn on check-in reminders.

Each property is priced in its own currency — reais by default, or dollars or euros per listing. These rates convert every price into the other two currencies shown on the site; they're applied the next time you Publish.
Every for-sale, rent and experience page shows two photo blocks. Pick what appears on top and below — for the whole site at once, or per section. Applied at the next Publish.
Translate
Drafts French, Portuguese and Spanish for every Live and Off-market listing. Anything you've corrected by hand is never overwritten. Takes a few minutes — keep this window open.
